Overview
The US Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that the company attracts and retains high-quality candidates to drive business success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand USA staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates using various US Job board.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication is must.
- Must be ready to work in night shift.
- 5 days working Monday to Friday.
- Both side cabs available pick & drop.
- We are open for freshers or above 6 Months experience in same industry as well.
- Non-IT background or Pharma/Healthcare/Science side will be a plus.
