- Job Title: US-Based Recruiter
- Job Timings: 6:30 to 3:30 (US Shift)
- Job Location: Iscon Cross Roads, Ahmedabad
- Job Salary: 22,000 to 28,000
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our clients in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, IT manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruiting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
