Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Prepare, review, and process documents, contracts, reports, or other relevant materials.
- Customer Support: Provide support to clients and customers via phone, email, or other communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Reporting: Generate reports and documentation as required, summarizing process performance and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes for efficiency and effectiveness, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in business process outsourcing, operations support, or a related field is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
