As a Pharma Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented Pharma professionals for a variety of roles within the industry. Responsibilities
- Partner with Account managers to understand the client's hiring needs and requirements
- Source and attract talented pharma professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
- Screen and assess candidates through resume review, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the company's applicant tracking system
- Facilitate the hiring process and provide guidance to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market knowledge to better serve the hiring needs of the company
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in pharma recruitment or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the pharma industry
