Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US Non-IT Recruiter at IntelliPro. Atleast 3 years of experience. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent for non-IT positions. Experience with MSP/VMS is a must. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop job descriptions, and attract qualified candidates. The Non-IT Recruiter will also provide guidance on hiring best practices, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• 3+ years of experience
• Expertise in non-IT recruiting and hiring
• Experience in MSP/VMS is mandatory
• Proficiency in technical recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
