Job Role : US IT Talent Associate
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling Non-IT Engineering requirements in US clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn), CIEPAL ATS exp is preferred.
- Good experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Experience in working with Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) on-boardings.
- Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Good understanding of client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Must have worked on some key client requirement like, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Structure Engineer, Piping Stress Engineer, Etc.,
- Publish progress report to management every week.
- Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current Non-IT trends.
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Competitive by good ethics & nature with a self-motivated personality.
