About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring recruitment team members while developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical recruitment and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for recruitment team members on:
- LinkedIn Recruiter platform and advanced Boolean search techniques
- AI tools including ChatGPT for recruitment optimization
- US geography, time zones, and business etiquette
- Technical resume analysis and evaluation
- IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- US tax terminology and compliance requirements
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage and best practices
Recruitment Process Management
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for:
- Consultant bench management and onboard processes
- Rate negotiation strategies and compensation structuring
- Visa sponsorship processes and immigration compliance
- Job description creation and optimization
- Technical skill assessment methodologies
Performance Management
- Set and monitor KPIs for recruitment team members
- Establish weekly and monthly performance targets
- Create performance improvement plans and career development paths
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize team efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Technical Knowledge Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of:
- Current IT market trends and salary benchmarks
- Emerging technologies and skill requirements
- Competition Analysis and market positioning
- Industry-specific recruitment best practices
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies for different channels
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with technical communities and professional networks
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of technical recruitment experience
- 7+ years of team leadership or training experience
- Deep understanding of IT industry, roles, and technologies
- Proven track record of successful recruitment training programs
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and visa regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in HR or Technical Recruitment
Experience with multiple ATS platforms
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter certification
Knowledge of recruitment automation tools
Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
