Job Description:
- Handling full life cycle of End-to-End recruitment process of US IT recruitment which includes Sourcing, Pre-screening, Interviewing, Short listing, obtaining required information & Documents, Client Interview arrangements, Pre & Post Interview follow-up, Closing and Offer Preparation, Delivering consultants
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, distributing the workload evenly amongst recruiter and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
- Screen candidates availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the US, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills and core competencies.
- Hands on Experience in Head Hunting various job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.,
- Recruit for both full time and contract positions for direct and indirect clients.
- Expertise in negotiating salaries & hourly rates- W2, 1099, Corp 2 Corp terms
- Expert Level Skills in verifying the work authorization documents such as H1B, GC-EAD, TN Etc.,
- Having worked on requisitions such as Performance Engineer, Devops Engineer, Technical Project Manager,Java,.Net, Front End, Back End, UX, Full stack, ETL, Oracle, Business Intelligence, Hadoop, Informatica, Network, Cyber Security etc.,
- Strong relationship with Clients/partners and consistent track record of achieving business through them.
Sourcing on different job portals like (Dice,Monster,Career Builder through Own ATS system for different positions to apply in Marketing profile.
Educational and professional experience
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (4 to 10 years)
Hands-on experience with various interview formats
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
MBA in Human Resources Management with technical background.
