Responsibilities
- Conducting bench recruitment for IT professionals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in bench recruitment is preferred, but freshers can apply.
