• Role Description

We are looking for a Full Time On-site US IT Recruiter to work under HR at our Chennai Office. You will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of recruiters, with excellent opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• 6-8 years of experience in IT recruiting required, with a focus on US and international hiring

Experience with recruiting for a wide variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients

• Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and job boards

Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing

• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on providing a superior candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Work hours is from 8.30 am CST to 5 pm CST hours

Pay: From 25,000.00 per month
