Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential candidates and build a strong talent pool.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience in contract recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kronos is a plus.
