Compensation: Market-based

Employment Type: Full-time (WFO)

Shift & working hours: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Life Cycle Recruiting

- Experience with W2, U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates

- Proficient in various recruiting techniques

- Successful sales record in U.S. Staffing

- Negotiation skills and hiring all technical levels

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred

- 2+ Years in US IT Recruitment

- Hands-on experience with Direct Clients & Implementation Partners

- Comfortable with EST & PST shifts

- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
