We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. As an US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top US IT professionals to meet our companys technology staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates, assessing their skills, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand US IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality US IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that match the required skills and experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and over the phone, to assess candidates technical competencies, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates based on job requirements, skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by networking, attending industry events, and proactively building relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, constructive feedback, and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract top US IT talent.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and smooth onboarding processes.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as an US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to accurately evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding and attracting top US IT talent.
