About The Company
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team for a US-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs for US clients. You will have to work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Job Profile
Must have three years of recruiting IT resources for US (Candidates with no experience as US
IT Recruiter will not be considered)
Excellent communication skills - spoken and written - in English
Interview candidates and build a high performance team
Interact and aggressively follow up with prospective candidates
Experience with any applicant tracking software or tool.
Rotating night-shift work may be required to support US hours.
Candidates who are not extremely fluent in English, won't be considered.
Location
Fully remote - anywhere in India. Must have own laptop.
