We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT roles, with a passion for finding the right talent to meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, network engineers, and system administrators.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
