Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at TalentOla located in Indore. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients in the IT industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, leverage various recruitment channels, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth candidate experience and to find the best talent to meet our client's requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in the US market
• Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools
• Understanding of technology roles and IT skill sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 6 Months to 2 years is recruitment experience is required.
