Position Title: US IT Recruiter/Sr. US IT Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter

Location: ProSearch (Nasscomm), Third Floor, World Tech Tower, ITC 11, Sector 67, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160062 (Mohali).

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in various roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying suitable candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must have skills:

Proven experience as a US IT Staffing

Strong understanding of IT terminology and the ability to assess technical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

2. Job Posting and Marketing:

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.

Employ marketing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a talent pipeline.

3. Candidate Management:

Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Provide regular updates to candidates on their application status.

4. Negotiation and Offer Management:

Facilitate salary negotiations between candidates and clients.

Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to onboarding.

5. Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
