Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at Skywalk Global's Kolkata office. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and overall recruitment activities to meet the staffing needs of the company.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring
- Strong expertise in recruitment processes and strategies
- Ability to effectively source and screen IT candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Industry certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
