Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at Reveille Technologies, Inc. located in Chennai. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring of IT professionals. They will specialize in technical recruiting and will contribute to the overall recruiting strategy of the organization.

Work Timing : 6.30 PM - 4.30 AM (Weekend Fixed Off)

Location : Chennai / Salem.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in technical recruiting and hiring IT professionals
• Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
