Role Overview:
- Must have experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter within a large staffing firm that services clients in the USA.
- Ability to comprehend complex IT job descriptions and effectively identify suitable candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with job boards such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. Willingness to work night shifts in the USA time zone.
- Proficient in using resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for IT positions from US-based clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, rate negotiation, and support through to closure.
- Focused on achieving a high conversion rate of candidate submissions to interviews and placements by ensuring quality in submissions.
- Involved in the strategy development process, which includes understanding client needs, mapping relevant candidates, validating resumes for experience, and verifying work status.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, cultivating strong relationships with account and client managers.
- Well-versed in US employment terminology, including W2, C2C, 1099, and various US Visa types.
