Key Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
