Job Description:

Designation:US IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 months - 3 years

US Shift: (Night) 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST

Location:Indore,Madhya Pradesh(Work from Office).

1. Understanding the Clients need through thejobdescriptionprovided and sourcing candidates throughjobportals and other social websites accordingly
2. Identify and Search Professionals in the US Market through different Sources
3. Sourcing, screening and evaluating and recruiting candidates through a structured recruitment process
4. Shortlist andinterview candidates according to thejobrequirement
5. Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals
6. Negotiate on Salary aspects and close the position
7. Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements
8. Update the Resourcing Application System routinely

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English
2. Comfortable with Evening/ Night Shift
