Job Description: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage IT requirements for US-based clients. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, posting job listings, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. The recruiter must ensure a high conversion of submittals into interviews and placements. Prior experience in US IT recruitment and proficiency in ATS tools are essential.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like CEIPAL.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and Boolean search.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
