Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior US IT Recruiter to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role focuses on IT recruitment with a strong emphasis on understanding the nuances of US staffing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our recruitment process, working closely with clients to deliver top talent.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in IT recruitment, specifically within the US market.
- Strong understanding of c2c, W2, and H1B recruitment processes and terminologies.
- Experience working with direct clients and the US staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability in end to end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Team leadership skills to co-ordinate with different team members and drive recruitment initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruiting platforms, databases, and technology tools relevant to IT recruitment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Build relationships with direct clients to understand their specific hiring needs and expectations.
- Utilize creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent in the US market.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while assisting in the selection process.
- Maintain records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pool and pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and corporate policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
