Job Description:

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top IT professionals in various positions across our client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting:
  • Identify and attract top IT talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities.
  • Provide candidates with timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms on behalf of candidates.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and placements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Continuously update the candidate database with new leads and contacts.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry, including emerging technologies and skill demands.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 4-5 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in a US staffing firm environment.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably on US State clients
  • Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in a variety of roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
