Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with our clients in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various technologies and experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social platforms, professional networks, etc.).
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and business needs.
- Provide regular updates to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiting, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
