Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

- Responsible for getting new leads for Consultants on bench and maintaining existing prime vendors relations to enhance business.
- Experience working with Candidates authorized to work in the United States, OPT, H1B, EAD, USC and GC candidates
- Generate requirements from New Vendor relations and Existing vendors through cold calling.
- Should have good background interacting with all levels of IT resources.
- Should be able to generate leads by cold calling.
- Should be aggressive, excellent team player and well aware of the technologies in the market
- Should have understanding of US immigration,
- Have good written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Communicating with the consultants on Daily Basis and keeping them updated on the submissions and interviews
- Co-ordinating with the interviews with vendors and clients
- Follow up and complete the placement.
- Should be very committed, strong achiever, meeting the placement targets
