Job Description
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in US staffing (IT).
Hands-on Recruitment Experience Is Required.
Experience working with Dice, Monster, ATS, and LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of visas and work authorizations.
Proficiency in Boolean search and active candidate sourcing.
Independent sourcing ability without heavy reliance on vendors.
Should not depend on Vendor mass mailing or email merge.
Capable of making at least 80 calls and submitting 2 candidates regularly
