Job Title: US IT Recruiter- Salary: D.O.E + Incentives
- Experience Level: 3 to 5 years
- Job location: Malakpet, Hyderabad
- Shift: Nights - 7PM to 4:30AM IST
We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and proven track record working on Contract as well as Direct Hire FTE roles. The candidate will work on job openings with our clients across various industry segments that includes ITES, Engineering, Banking and Finance, Semiconductors, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, etc.
- Requirement and Responsibilities:
Determine applicant skill matrix by studying job duties and job requirements.- Must have overall knowledge of technical terminology used in different technologies.
Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
- Should be an expert in writing Boolean search string with tight parameters to ensure the right fit.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Resources.- Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, US tax terms.
Should have thorough understanding of recruitment cycle.
- Should coordinate with candidates and vendors to setup the interview.
Should follow up with candidates and vendors pre and post interviews and collect relevant feedback- Should have knowledge on US immigration / Visa process that includes but not limited to EAD, H1B, GC, E3, TN USC, Etc.
Should meet the client submission targets on daily basis.
