Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for the US market. This position requires working during EST hours to effectively communicate with clients and candidates in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for IT roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to source top IT talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, with knowledge of the US job market and employment laws.
- Proficient in various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work in night shifts aligned to EST time zone.
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
