About the Role: We are hiring a US IT Recruiter for one of our esteemed CMM Level 5 clients based in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Responsibilities: -
Identify and recruit qualified IT professionals for positions in the US market.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills.
Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:-
Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
