- Strong knowledge of the Various Visa types in the USA
- Adept in various Tax Terms in the USA (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Should be equipped to recruit w2 candidates for the jobs
- Should be capable of working under tight TATs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Ceipal a big plus
