Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
