We are seeking a skilled Technical Screener and Recruiting Lead
to join our dynamic team in our Chennai office
. This role will be instrumental in screening top-tier candidates and leading a team of senior recruiters. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical recruitment expertise and have a passion for developing recruitment strategies while mentoring both senior and junior team members.
Technical Screening:
Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements for various IT and technical roles.Team Leadership:
Lead a team of senior recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering collaboration within the team.Mentorship: Mentor and support senior recruiters to enhance their screening and recruiting skills, ensuring high-quality results.
- Resume Writing: Assist in writing and tailoring candidate resumes based on job descriptions to ensure alignment with client needs and job specifications.
Junior Recruiter Development:
Train and prepare junior recruiters for success by providing structured learning opportunities, feedback, and hands-on guidance.Recruiter Hiring:
Participate in the hiring process for new recruiters, identifying and on boarding talent that aligns with our company culture and goals.Recruiting Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market, enhancing our overall recruiting efforts.
Proven experience in technical screening for IT and technical roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring a team of recruiters.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on resume writing and candidate presentation.- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring recruiters at various levels.
