Job Title: US IT Recruiter - Client Acquisition

We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter specialized in client acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients within the IT industry, particularly in software development, IT consulting, and related fields. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, establish relationships, and secure new business opportunities for our organization.
  • Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the IT sector through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing our services, expertise, and value proposition.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, rates, and other relevant terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of acquired clients and facilitate the recruitment process effectively.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, address any concerns or issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of [X years] of experience in client acquisition or business development within the IT industry, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or consulting services.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies, market trends, and client requirements.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives.Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
