Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates on bench status for potential project assignments with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants on bench status to understand their skills, availability, and career aspirations.
• Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to match bench candidates with suitable project opportunities.
• Track and manage candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in our applicant tracking system.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with consultants and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to drive recruitment strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bench sales recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
• Proven ability to identify and assess qualified candidates.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
