Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Lead to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and driving the bench sales process. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates for contract and ongoing requirements. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT bench sales, be familiar with various sourcing channels, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
