Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing IT consultants on projects for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment in the IT industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully placing IT consultants on projects
  • Strong understanding of the IT market and technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified IT consultants through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and consultants
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the IT market
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
