As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing IT consultants on projects for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment in the IT industry.

- Proven track record of successfully placing IT consultants on projects
- Strong understanding of the IT market and technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified IT consultants through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and consultants
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the IT market
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
