Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified IT professionals to be placed on our bench. You will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing requirements and match them with the most suitable candidates. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in US IT bench sales recruiting
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified IT professionals for placement on our bench
- Maintain a strong network of candidates and build relationships for future placements
- Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate and finalize job offers with candidates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and placement
