US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and account management. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also be responsible for effective communication with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of IT staffing and recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting
• Freshers can also apply with relevant knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From 17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( Ahmedabad Based Candidates preferred)
