Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Bench Sales Lead to join our team. As the Bench Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing our bench of IT consultants, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for client placements. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT bench sales
- Proven track record in managing and growing a bench of IT consultants
- Strong understanding of the US IT consulting market and the bench sales process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the bench of IT consultants, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for client placements
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, understanding their availability, skills, and preferences
- Identify client requirements and match them with suitable candidates from the bench
- Present consultants to clients and coordinate interviews and placements
- Negotiate and finalize consultant contracts and agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultants, client requirements, and placements
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and identify potential market opportunities
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by meeting or exceeding bench sales targets
