Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Work Mode: On -Site+ Work from home
  • Job Summary: The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Manage job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screen applications and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Assist with the transition process for departing employees, including exit interviews.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Performance Management:
Support managers in the execution of performance management and improvement systems.
  • Assist in implementing performance management programs, including annual reviews.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and create or procure professional development programs.
Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and training.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain HR records and reports in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies are communicated and enforced effectively.
Employee engagement
  • Handle the employee engagement activities for the employee
Plan the calendar for employee engagement activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month
