We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help us find qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare professionals for our clients
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Healthcare Recruitment industry experience
Identify, source, and recruit qualified RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and answering questions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and make recommendations for sourcing strategies.
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and staffing requirements.
