US Healthcare Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment efforts of a US-based healthcare staffing agency or company. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions within the US healthcare industry. This role requires an understanding of the US healthcare system, regulations, and specific job requirements, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for healthcare positions.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific US healthcare job openings. Assist in gathering and verifying the required documentation for licensing.
Coordinate with US healthcare facilities to book RNs and other medical professionals for available shifts or utilize the client's current database of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient staffing and appointment scheduling.
This involves managing shift changes, cancellations, and any last-minute staffing needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The ability to handle scheduling complexities and promptly address staffing gaps is essential to maintain smooth operations and provide quality healthcare services.
Required Skills
We will be requiring Healthcare recruiter who precisely possess the Nurses recruiting experience.
Experience in 360 recruiting of all types of specialties for RNs. Should know how nursing works, their pay bifurcation, special allowance in nursing etc.
Candidate must have experience in sourcing with different ATS and Job boards (CB, Monster, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed etc) for Healthcare domain.
Minimum 12+ months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry.
Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.
Comfortable to work in night shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST)
