What is Mentor Match
Mentor Match is an online teaching platform. Our private tuition service connects students 1-on-1 with a top teacher for their selected subject. This teacher will take them through the study material from start to finish in a series of 1-hour sessions over live video call.
Requirements to Become a Tutor at Mentor Match:
- 3+ years of teaching experience with international students
- In-depth subject knowledge and proven expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Pen tablet for interactive teaching
- Reliable high-speed internet connectionl

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Tutor students in 1:1 live online classes
- Teach according to High School Level syllabus of IGCSE,GCSE,CCS & IB Board.
- Help in Assignments and Projects.
- Ensuring that trial classes are converted to paid registration.
- Manage feedback and progress reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pen Tablet & High-Speed Internet
- Minimum of 24 hours per week, 6 days a week
Time Commitment
- Tutors are expected to commit to the tutoring schedule that is agreed upon.
- There is a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week of tutoring, and flexibility during peak periods (e.g., exam seasons) is appreciated.
Pricing
- Day Shift Upto K10 - Rs.350/Per Hour
- Night Shift Upto K10 - Rs.450/Per Hour
- Day Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.450/Per Hour
- Night Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.550/Per Hour
Kindly Note: Classes taken from 11pm - 8am is considered as night shift and Classes taken from 8am - 11pm is considered as day shift
Training & Onboarding
You will be required to complete the Mentor Match training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:
- Conducting Demo and Paid Classes
- The platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.
- Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.
- Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
