Job Description

An international customer support executive's responsibilities include:

  • Customer support: Handling customer calls and resolving issues
  • Customer communication: Answering customer correspondence through email, social media, and phone
  • Customer information: Providing product information and answering questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Customer records: Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings
  • Customer feedback: Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback
  • Customer satisfaction: Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Customer service standards: Establishing standards and protocols to promote customer satisfaction
  • Customer service team: Supervising customer service representatives and ensuring they are adequately trained

Customer support executives should have interpersonal skills such as empathy, active listening, patience, responsibility, dependability, and leadership.
