Role Description
1.Excellent command in English with neutral/US accent should have conversational skills, instant and spontaneous responsiveness while in conversation required
2.If the candidate is experienced, prior experience of handling US customer support/Travel Agent Helpdesk etc. is required
3.If the candidate is a fresher, should be tested well for neutrality of accent and conversational skills

Key Skills

Prior experience handling US customer support or working with Travel Agent Helpdesk.
Familiarity with US culture and common customer service practices.
Must exhibit a neutral accent and strong conversational skills during the assessment.

Qualifications
