Automotive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent for our automotive clients across the United States, with a special emphasis on building relationships that align with our commitment to inclusion, diversity, and professional development.
As an
Automotive Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in supporting the development of eShocan's workforce, and as part of a collaborative team, you will help guide the careers of professionals in the ever-evolving automotive and electric mobility sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify, engage, and recruit top automotive professionals across the US. Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Partnerships: Collaborate closely with internal teams and automotive clients to understand their talent needs, and deliver high-quality candidates. Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of each role and align with client culture and values.
- Talent Mapping & Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate movement to provide market insights and advise clients on talent availability and hiring strategies.
- Recruitment Process Management: Lead candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment analytics to track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Continuously optimize recruitment processes based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the automotive or related industries (electric mobility, manufacturing, engineering, etc.).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US automotive market, including key players, talent pools, and current industry trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruiting tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals and exceeding client expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and candidate profiles, and quickly adapt recruitment strategies to meet evolving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Engineering or Technical Recruiting Experience: Familiarity with the specific skill sets and qualifications needed for roles in automotive design, manufacturing, and electric mobility.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Global Mobility Experience: Knowledge of immigration processes and an interest in supporting candidates in relocating internationally.
