We are urgently looking for Sales Executives to join our team at Thanisandra International Furniture Brand. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Indian job market context.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-12 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Indian job market context
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
