Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Seat guests according to their preferences and available tables
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience as a Hostess in the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
